Dr. Anna Karp is a native New Yorker who grew up on Long Island’s South Shore. She attended the State University of New York at Binghamton where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology.
Immediately following graduation from college, Dr. Karp attended medical school at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine. After receiving her medical degree, she completed dual residencies in Family Medicine and Dermatology at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital in Far Rockaway, New York. During her residency, Dr. Karp presented at various local and national conferences and published several articles in peer-reviewed journals. She acted as Chief Resident during her final year of Dermatology residency.
Dr. Anna Karp specializes in medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology and treats both adults and children. She is a fellow and member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Osteopathic College of Dermatology, and the American Medical Association. Dr. Karp focuses on providing her patients with the highest level of individualized and compassionate care.
